FUTURE PROSPECTS
Equipe Action Communautaire (EAC) (Community Action Team): This programme will begin in 2004, consists in symbolic community actions, which will profit communities stricken by poverty and conflict-induced disease. This will be led by a team of spiritual leaders who are recognized and selected by the CRC.
Ex1 : A Conflictology and Psychotherapy clinic is planned, as soon as the administrative offices of the CRC have been built, geared towards trauma counseling for people desiring healing through reconciliation.
Ex2 : A men's/women's hair salon with peace education videos.
Ex3 : Selected schools benefiting from the same video lecture format.
Coalition pour la Paix au Congo (COPAC): (Coalition for Peace in Congo) COPAC is the vision of the CRC to create a network within the DRC with all other peace and community-oriented organizations. Members of this network will meet in annual forums where they can exchange experiences, collaborate and engage in capacities building, to avoid closed circles or disorganization.
Université Résolution Conflits Afrique Francophone (URCAF): (French-Speaking African University for the Resolution of Conflicts) In 2007, within the "Programme Vision 2000", the CRC plans the creation of a university-level institution that can provide a complete training cycle in the Peace Sciences.
